Synopsis: Unclear precisely what happened translations required. Jump Master can conducting a prank stunt where 1 jumper was attached to the cord and the other to a safety line. It appears the customer without the bungee cord was released from their safety line by the jump master and left hanging from the basket. Situation was rectified with emergency lowering and it is unclear if anyone was injured.
